And you thought Cape May Magazine’s “Off the Hook” columnist Stephen Spagnuola only knew how to fish. Not so, the former New York fashion photographer is multi-talented. His work is currently on display at the Nature Center’s Trucksess building on Delaware Avenue. The exhibition began Friday in conjunction with the beginning of Harbor Fest.



Local Man Receives Legion of Honor

June 5 during a ceremony in France, Harry Kulkowitz, founder of the Mad Batter Restaurant and Carroll Villa Hotel, was awarded the Legion of Honor Medal for his participation in WWII. This is the highest medal awarded in France. Kulkowitz was accompanied by his son Mark, Mark’s wife Pam Huber, and grandchildren Marta and Kyle.

Rain didn’t daunt hungry guests of Historic Cold Spring Village’s (HCSV) 9th Annual Feasting on History restaurant gala held at Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum on Tuesday, May 5th. Participants’ enjoyed signature entrees from Cape May County’s most popular restaurants. Proceeds went to HCSV’s Endowment Fund.
